Location: Hybrid in Denver, Colorado, USA. Candidates must reside within reasonable commuting distance and be on-site at least three days per week.

Salary: $75,000–$100,000 USD (for residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Rhode Island, or Washington)

What you will do

• Collaborate with legal stakeholders to uncover high-impact Gen AI use cases (e.g., contract analysis, legal research automation, compliance monitoring).
• Leverage AI tools (Copilot, Devin, Claude) to assist in the creation of requirements, product/market fit analysis, and use case development.
• Convert customer business needs into clear, actionable specifications for engineering teams and develop User Acceptance Criteria.
• Perform Feasibility and ROI Analysis, building business cases and assessing the viability of Gen AI initiatives.
• Analyze current legal workflows and identify areas for product development using automation or AI Agents.
• Act as a liaison between legal teams, AI engineers, and product managers, ensuring alignment and clarity, and defining KPIs for performance tracking.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably in an AI-first environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with Generative AI technologies (e.g., LLMs, prompt engineering, AI Agents).
• Strong understanding of legal processes and terminology.
• Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Power BI, Word, Excel, or similar.
