Product Manager (Gamedev): Supporting the development of new mobile games with an accent on driving delivery of large-scale features and conducting in-depth project analysis. Focus on generating game ideas, data-informed decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration.

Location: Hybrid working in Melbourne, AU - 3 days a week in the office.

What you will do

• Build new features from conception to launch in the casual mobile space.
• Craft product roadmaps using real-time data, industry trends, and player feedback.
• Leverage analytics and insights from existing games to create engaging gaming experiences.
• Generate game ideas and detailed concepts, testing them with users and deciding on implementation.
• Lead large-scale feature development for a cross-functional team from requirements to launch.
• Work with a team of overseas talent to develop new games.

Requirements

• Demonstrates strong domain and industry knowledge, making informed and evidence-based decisions.
• Proficient in playing a supporting role in technical discussions and critical business projects.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Expertise in game economy management.
• Proven ability to establish and improve processes within a project.
• Has experience conceiving complex features and live-ops functionality in order to optimize already scaled games
