What you will do

• Define and prioritize product roadmaps for hirify.global’s data platform.
• Work closely with engineering and architecture teams to define platform infrastructure KPIs.
• Conduct market research and customer interviews to enhance data platform offerings.
• Collaborate with AI and data science teams to integrate AI-powered capabilities.
• Drive go-to-market strategy in collaboration with marketing and sales.
• Analyze data and customer feedback to continuously improve platform capabilities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years focused on data platforms.
• Strong understanding of data pipelines, ETL, and data orchestration technologies.
• Experience with big data technologies such as Snowflake and Databricks.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Exceptional ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
