What you will do

• Lead and mentor a global team of 20, fostering a culture of operational excellence.
• Build quarterly Number Operations OKRs and ensure accountability for execution.
• Manage customer escalations and maintain relationships with carrier partners.
• Project manage KYC/compliance requests in collaboration with Legal.
• Identify and advocate for UX improvements and process automation.
• Develop strategies to improve systems and workflows in a data-driven manner.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in Number Operations or Carrier Operations in a SaaS environment.
• 2+ years in a management role with experience in team development.
• Advanced proficiency with customer support technologies like Zendesk.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery.
• Analytical and data-driven mindset with proficiency in Gsheet and Looker.
• Exceptional communication skills, able to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
