Location: Hybrid, based in Denver, Colorado, requiring on-site presence at least three days per week. This role is open to residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Rhode Island, or Washington.

Salary: $125,000–$150,000 (for residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Rhode Island, or Washington)

What you will do

• Own SaaS application reliability and architecture.
• Solve complex systems issues and support escalated customer-facing issues.
• Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation and lead root cause analysis.
• Automate workflows and build real-time monitoring dashboards.
• Drive reliability improvements across cloud infrastructure and enforce security/compliance.
• Coordinate cross-team incident resolution and manage disaster recovery.

Requirements

• Experience as a Site Reliability Engineer or similar role.
• Experience with log analysis, software remediation, and configuration management tools (Terraform, Puppet, Ansible).
• Experience working with cloud platforms and remote collocated systems.
• Deep knowledge in monitoring and alerting tools (New Relic, Datadog, Dynatrace).
• Confidence in navigating and troubleshooting Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Knowledge of mainstream databases (writing queries, tuning) and experience designing and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems.
• Strong grasp of software engineering principles and agile practices.
• Ability to communicate effectively, learn quickly, and navigate ambiguity comfortably.

Nice to have

• Experience working in regulated environments such as GDPR, SOX, HIPAA, PCI.
• Certifications in AWS, Azure, or other relevant cloud platforms.
• Hands-on software development experience.
• Core background in networking.
