What you will do

• Partner with product and analytics to identify user needs and market opportunities
• Lead end-to-end design of sportsbook features, from discovery through launch and iteration
• Create polished UI in Figma, maintain and extend the design system
• Document decisions, align stakeholders, and support engineers during delivery
• Measure outcomes post-release and iterate to improve conversion

Requirements

• 3+ years of product design experience with at least 1 year in Sportsbook products
• Strong knowledge of the betting domain
• Excellent UI design skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in Figma and design system workflows
• Experience working with analytics
• Upper-intermediate English
