What you will do

• Partner with product and analytics to identify user needs and market opportunities.
• Lead end-to-end design of sportsbook features, from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Create polished UI in Figma, maintain and extend the design system.
• Document decisions, align stakeholders, and support engineers during delivery.
• Measure outcomes post-release and iterate to improve conversion.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product design experience with at least 1 year in Sportsbook products.
• Strong knowledge of the betting domain.
• Excellent UI design skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Figma and design system workflows.
• Experience working with analytics.
• English: Upper-intermediate
