Location: Hybrid in Tallinn, Estonia (at least 12 monthly in-office days)

What you will do

• Own and evolve the end-to-end experience quality for the Delivery consumer app.
• Identify and prioritize gaps in consistency and visual quality across all app surfaces.
• Set craft standards and facilitate design reviews to raise the bar for deliverables.
• Collaborate with PMs and engineers to integrate quality as a shared ownership.
• Create high-fidelity prototypes to validate improvements and align stakeholders.
• Ensure a seamless user journey from the first touchpoint to post-order.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Senior or Staff Product Designer with a portfolio demonstrating exceptional execution.
• English: Fluent communication skills (C1).
• AI-first mindset with proficiency in generative and agentic design workflows.
• Advanced mastery of Figma and high-fidelity prototyping tools.
• Strong design intuition and a deep commitment to shipping polished, usable experiences.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work hybrid from Tallinn, Estonia.
