• Review, edit, and proofread documentation for consistency and accuracy.
• Drive innovation in content creation by implementing AI tools.
• Manage capacity and scheduling, dividing work among team members.
• Support recruitment and onboarding of new technical writers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Technical writing.
• Minimum 12 months of team leadership experience.
• English proficiency: C1+
• Background in computer science or similar.
• Experience in prompt engineering and AI-driven writing tools.
