What you will do

• Analyse and manage claims in line with the Claims Manual, prioritising urgency and meeting deadlines
• Establish and expand broker and customer relationships
• Review coverage, coordinate with experts and solicitors to determine liability and resolve cases
• Collaborate with internal departments (Underwriting, Sales, Finance) in Madrid and Barcelona, plus clients and brokers
• Champion process improvements and data accuracy
• Attend broker/client meetings with occasional travel in Spain and Europe

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters in Law, Business, or similar
• Proven experience in Claims, ideally Liability, in insurance company, broker or DCA
• Comprehensive understanding of regional insurance market
• Fluency in Spanish and English essential
• Legal right to live and work in Spain
• Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment, strong interpersonal and partnership skills
