TL;DR

Senior People Business Partner (HRBP): Supporting Go-to-Market functions to drive business outcomes through talent strategies, organizational design, and compensation programs with an accent on aligning people strategies with business goals. Focus on workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design to support scaling and transformation.

Location: THIS ROLE IS BASED IN PLEASANTON, CALIFORNIA AND IS IN OFFICE.

Salary: $101,000—$168,400 USD

What you will do

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to GTM executives, aligning people strategies with business goals.
  • Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design to support scaling and transformation.
  • Design and implement competitive compensation structures for GTM roles, including base, variable, and equity components.
  • Drive performance management, career development, and leadership enablement programs tailored to GTM needs.
  • Lead change initiatives tied to organizational shifts, M&A, or GTM strategy pivots.
  • Foster a high-performance culture through coaching, feedback, and leadership development.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive HRBP experience, with at least 5 years supporting GTM or revenue-generating functions.
  • Proven success in partnering with senior executives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Deep understanding of compensation strategy, incentive design, and program implementation.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using people data to influence decisions.
  • Excellent communication, executive presence, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with HR systems (e.g., Lattice, Workday, or similar) and programmatic HR delivery.

Nice to have

  • Experience in SaaS, tech, or other subscription-based business models.
  • Familiarity with quota-carrying roles and sales compensation mechanics.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity in complex environments.
