What you will do

• Act as the super-admin for the People tech stack, leading configuration, integration, and automation of systems.
• Design retention programs and manage engagement surveys to shape company culture and enhance employee experience.
• Plan and execute company events to foster connection and maintain high morale.
• Own the new hire lifecycle from day one, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
• Centralize documentation and processes, building a transparent knowledge base for the team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in People Operations, with at least 2+ years of direct leadership experience.
• Proven experience leading systems implementations and driving process optimizations.
• Track record of planning and executing company events and driving culture initiatives.
• Strong appetite for learning and innovating with AI tools and platforms to transform people services.
• U.S. Citizenship, Lawful Permanent Residency, or Refugee/Asylee Status Required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Paylocity, CultureAmp, Lattice, Tangelo, Greenhouse, Gemini Enterprise, or N8N.
• Exposure to creating learning content or administering an LMS.
• Previous experience scaling operations in a high-growth hardware or aerospace environment.
