What you will do

• Partner closely with senior executives, providing administrative and operational support.
• Manage complex calendars and scheduling with an understanding of business priorities.
• Own travel and logistics end-to-end, coordinating customer visits, offsites, and internal events.
• Streamline communication and coordination between executives, their teams, and cross-functional partners.
• Anticipate needs and solve problems proactively, identifying potential scheduling conflicts.
• Collaborate with the broader Executive Operations team to ensure alignment across the Leadership Team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Executive Business Partner supporting c-level executives at a technology company.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex priorities and adapt quickly as plans change.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Strong business judgment and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working across functions and time zones with a high degree of professionalism.
• High emotional intelligence and an instinct for building trust and rapport across teams.
