What you will do

  • Act as the senior HR point of contact for all US employees and managers, providing expert advice.
  • Partner with US leadership to align people strategy with business goals.
  • Manage complex employee relations cases, investigations, and performance matters, ensuring fair outcomes.
  • Lead the relationship with hirify.global’s Professional Employer Organization (PEO) and oversee benefit strategies.
  • Maintain up-to-date HR policies and employee handbook, ensuring alignment with federal and state requirements.
  • Contribute to the annual US operating budget and manage HR-related costs.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in a HR generalist position.
  • Demonstrable experience working with a mid-tier HRIS.
  • Experience having worked with a mid-tier US based PEO.
  • Strong employee relations and conflict resolution experience.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on US employment law and multi-state regulations.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a hybrid work model in the US, with New York as a primary location.

  • HR qualification (SHRM or similar).
