Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering with a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• 2+ years of experience in managing a team (optional).
• Experience with modern AI coding tools.
• Passion for driving efficiency in software development.
• Strong technical profile for architectural leadership.
