What you will do
- Lead onboarding and implementation for enterprise clients, from kick-off to post-go-live support.
- Understand each client’s business model and help configure hirify.global to fit their workflows.
- Map fund flows and align the platform with their reporting and finance stack.
- Drive adoption by making clients confident, trained, and autonomous by the end of implementation.
- Act as a trusted advisor, anticipating client needs and guiding them through challenges.
Requirements
- Has 2–4+ years of experience in consulting, ERP/enterprise software implementation, or financial services (Big 4 or fintech background a plus).
- Brings deep subject matter expertise in accounting, reconciliation, loans, and crypto concepts.
- Has worked in client-facing roles, ideally onboarding or implementing enterprise software.
- Understands financial workflows, accounting principles, and reporting systems.
- Is familiar with APIs, integrations, and technical architecture.
- Communicates equally well with technical teams and executive stakeholders.
