What you will do

• Partner with Sales, Relationship Management, and Partnerships to support developers integrating with the platform.
• Design and deliver technical solutions, including building proof-of-concepts, custom reports, and sample integrations.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor, translating business requirements into scalable integration approaches.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to surface customer feedback and influence the roadmap.
• Create and deliver compelling demos, presentations, and technical deep dives for stakeholders.
• Communicate product features, updates, and technical guidance clearly to internal teams and external customers.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles (partner engineering, solutions architecture, sales engineering) with enterprise merchants or global partners.
• Deep hands-on technical expertise, comfortable building with APIs, debugging integrations, and guiding developers.
• Prior professional experience with full-stack development and proficiency in at least one programming language.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical audiences and influence senior stakeholders.
• Proven success leading technical projects end-to-end in globally distributed, multicultural teams.
• A strong understanding of payments, fintech, or commerce platforms.
