What you will do

• Lead and support cross-functional projects to improve efficiency, alignment, and performance.
• Partner with Product and GTM teams to operationalize key product launches.
• Research and execute new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic initiatives.
• Develop and track KPIs, providing insights and recommendations to leadership.
• Build scalable workflows and process documentation to support rapid growth.
• Conduct analyses and prepare materials to inform decision-making.

Requirements

• Location: Remote-friendly with presence in San Francisco, CA preferred
• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years experience in business operations, consulting, or strategy in tech, fintech, or high-growth environments.
• Strong analytical skills including Excel/Sheets proficiency; SQL is a plus.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects from start to finish.
• Ability to distill complex issues into clear recommendations and action plans.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
