What you will do

• Understand the potential impacts of industry changes on hirify.global’s core products and services.
• Identify and communicate potential opportunities for new product innovations to key stakeholders.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies.
• Provide support to Product Owners, Product Managers, and Delivery teams in prioritizing and constructing solutions.
• Gather and analyse customer feedback on existing software products to identify areas for improvement.
• Work within Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, business analytics or similar.
• 5+ years’ experience in software development and clear interest in technology.
• Demonstrable knowledge and experience in the industry, ideally gained from working with a utilities provider, consultancy, or government body.
• Commercial acumen and understanding of key drivers behind a B2B software business.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to understand and communicate technical and business concepts.
