Principal Product Manager (Cybersecurity): Leading the development of the Pentest as a Service (PTaaS) product line with an accent on advanced offensive security testing leveraging GenAI via LLM. Focus on driving product strategy, cross-functional collaboration, and market positioning to ensure hirify.global remains a leader in the cybersecurity space.

Location: Remote (USA)

Compensation: $216K – $300K

What you will do

Lead the development of the PTaaS product line strategy and roadmap.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive adoption and communicate thought leadership.
Evangelize PTaaS offerings as a subject matter expert.
Identify opportunities for disruptive innovation in the cybersecurity market.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in Product Management in high-growth tech/SaaS companies.
Experience in shaping AI adoption and strategy.
Proven track record in developing products in high-growth businesses.
Outstanding communication and leadership skills.
