What you will do

• Own all existing and new integrations between hirify.global and third-party platforms.
• Lead AI tooling for all 3P integrations and manage hirify.global MCP server and integrations from 3P to hirify.global.
• Lead cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, and deliver innovative AI solutions.
• Conduct market research and user feedback sessions to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
• Define and track key performance metrics to measure the success of AI initiatives.
• Work directly with leaders and executives to share learnings and pitch ideas for product activation and engagement.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in SaaS.
• AI-forward Product Manager mindset.
• Experience leading teams of engineers and designers and driving teams toward measurable goals.
• Proven track record of owning and driving critical business metrics.
• Experience running and analyzing experiments.
• Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written).

Nice to have

• Experience working on AI products or platforms.
• Experience working on integrations or developer platforms strongly preferred.
