Fullstack Software Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Build new user experiences and product features that are critical to customers.
• Own central and complex components of a scalable, stable, and user-friendly application.
• Turn rough product specifications into shipped features and help drive the product roadmap.
• Design, develop, maintain, and test product functionality in a fullstack team.
• Debug production issues, identify root causes, and implement elegant solutions to usability problems.
• Collaborate with product, design, customer success, support, sales, co-founders, and experienced engineers.

Requirements

• Experience designing and maintaining complex, large, or growing systems.
• Ability to evaluate edge cases, failure modes, bottlenecks, migrations, releases, and system metrics.
• Strong debugging and root-cause analysis skills.
• Proactive approach to fixing problems and suggesting improvements.
• Commitment to engineering best practices and thorough software testing.
• Experience with Ruby on Rails, React, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, or Redis is useful, but prior experience with the full stack is not required.
