What you will do

• Track and report on key metrics, including customer satisfaction and retention rates.
• Identify expansion opportunities and manage upsell initiatives.
• Proactively monitor account health to mitigate churn.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in customer success or account management, preferably in a SaaS environment.
