Game Economy Team Leader (Igaming)

TL;DR
Game Economy Team Leader (Igaming): Lead and mentor a team of economy designers across multiple projects, defining and balancing in-game economies to support fun gameplay and healthy monetization. Focus on translating business goals into economy structures and optimizing economy performance through data analysis and A/B testing.
Location: Relocation package offered for employees and their family members to Cyprus, Malta, Portugal, Poland, or Serbia.

What you will do
- Lead and mentor a team of economy designers across multiple projects.
- Set standards, frameworks, and processes for economy design across the studio.
- Define, model, and balance in-game economies (currencies, progression, sinks, rewards).
- Build economic systems that support both fun gameplay and healthy monetization.
- Partner with product owners & analysts to align the economy with game vision.
- Use data and modeling to forecast, validate, and optimize economy performance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in game economy design (social casino, mobile F2P, or hybrid casual preferred).
- Strong understanding of F2P mechanics: monetization loops, progression pacing, reward systems, segmentation.
- Highly analytical with expertise in Excel/Sheets, economy modeling, and balancing tools.
- Experience working with data/BI teams, interpreting dashboards, and driving decisions from insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills — able to explain economy decisions to stakeholders.
