What you will do

• Define and evolve the design vision for live service systems, meta-game structures, and long-term engagement strategies.
• Develop scalable frameworks for seasonal content, events, and progression systems.
• Partner with Product, Creative, and Engineering teams to align on feature goals and content strategy.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a multidisciplinary design team across systems, content, and gameplay.
• Drive continuous design iteration using player data, live performance metrics, and community feedback.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in game design, specifically focused on live service systems and player progression.
• Proven background working on multiplayer or competitive games that evolve continuously.
• Ability to deliver end-to-end feature visions from concept through to live operations.
• Strong hands-on capability in producing detailed design documentation.
• Proven leadership or mentorship experience with a measurable impact on team output.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
