What you will do

• Design and analyze mathematical models for casino games across the full development lifecycle.
• Adapt and modify mathematical logic to meet specific market and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Game Designers to fine-tune payout structures and optimize game performance.
• Develop Python-based simulations to analyze and validate game mathematics.
• Prepare comprehensive mathematical documentation for technical approvals and jurisdictional compliance.
• Act as the primary point of contact for game mathematics queries from external testing laboratories.

Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience.
• Good knowledge of Python (proven during assessment).
• Strong mathematical knowledge of statistics and probability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• English: Proficiency in written and spoken English for communication with international studios.
• Must be fully eligible to work under a local employment contract in Serbia.
