What you will do

• Define and evolve live product roadmaps in alignment with the Creative and Development Directors.
• Translate high-level vision and goals into actionable content beats, including events, updates, and features.
• Design engaging, sustainable, and cost-efficient live content loops such as seasonal arcs and limited-time modes.
• Align monetization strategies with gameplay loops to maximize player value.
• Set success metrics and analyze performance data to iterate on player behavior.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams across design, art, narrative, and technology.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading live service (GaaS) development on a shipped AAA title.
• Strong track record of owning product vision, roadmap, and live content strategy.
• Deep expertise in systemic game design and long-term engagement loops.
• Strong data literacy and ability to drive decisions using KPIs and live performance metrics.
• Experience designing or collaborating on player-first monetization systems.
• Very good command of English.
