What you will do

• Build first-of-a-kind technology transforming the personal injury industry to improve millions of lives
• Ship production code quickly and have immediate impact in a small, tightly-knit team
• Develop and deploy core software products tackling complex backend challenges
• Collaborate with a world-class team with expertise in technology, machine learning, law, and finance
• Learn and work with technologies including Python, Typescript, React, Postgres, Kubernetes, and Elasticsearch

Requirements

• Location: Must work hybrid from San Francisco or Toronto offices, at least 3 days per week
• 5-10+ years of backend or frontend engineering experience with relational and other databases
• Proven ability to ship high-quality production-ready software and infrastructure
• Strong communication skills to explain technical ideas clearly
• Experience owning projects end-to-end and mentoring teammates
• Kubernetes experience is a plus
