What you will do

• Define and drive the long-term product vision and roadmap for platform and core product areas.
• Manage and coach a team of Group PMs and PMs, ensuring high performance.
• Set quality standards for API design, system performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Lead cross-functional coordination to deliver on-time, high-quality launches.
• Collaborate with product leadership to influence org-wide product strategy.

Requirements

• 12–15+ years in product management, with at least 5+ years managing managers.
• Experience scaling platform and core product orgs in fast-growth B2B SaaS companies.
• Deep fluency in CRM, automation platforms, or workflow engines.
• Technical fluency to earn trust with engineering leads.
• Strong written and asynchronous communication skills.
