What you will do

• Define and drive the technical strategy for hirify.global's data platform architecture.
• Lead design and implementation of scalable data infrastructure leveraging modern technologies.
• Architect end-to-end data pipelines supporting analytics across hirify.global's product ecosystem.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data solutions that drive business outcomes.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers on technical skills and best practices.

Requirements

• 6+ years of software engineering experience with 3+ years focused on data engineering.
• Expert-level experience with Snowflake and deep proficiency in DBT.
• Strong expertise with Apache Airflow and extensive AWS experience.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and other programming languages commonly used in data engineering.
• Demonstrated ability to drive technical strategy and influence engineering decisions.

Nice to have

• Experience at high-growth technology companies, particularly in developer tools.
• Background with container technologies or cloud-native development.
• Knowledge of machine learning platforms and MLOps practices.
