What you will do
- Resolve a wide range of issues with hirify.global deployments
- Contribute to process development for team efficiency
- Communicate real-time product feedback to the engineering team
- Improve product documentation and author knowledge base articles
- Create and review product demos and internal tooling
- Collaborate with the team behind Apache Kafka
Requirements
- 1+ years of related experience
- Must be able to work PST timezone
- Excitement in learning about streaming data and Apache Kafka
- Experience in diagnosing and resolving customer issues
- Desire to ensure customer success through direct interaction
- Two out of three: Experience troubleshooting Linux applications, operational knowledge of Java applications, or experience with a mainstream distributed system
