Lead Escalation Engineer (Cloud): Working on MDM software EBX, serving as a liaison between customers and engineering teams with an accent on troubleshooting and environment setup. Focus on analyzing customer logs, debugging software, and coordinating complex issue resolutions.

What you will do

Analyze customer logs and set up environments to reproduce conditions.
Provide initial analysis and escalate issues to the engineering team.
Coordinate meetings with engineers to address complex issues.
Assist the L1 team in customer calls and suggest product enhancements.
Share best practices with the team.

Requirements

Solid knowledge of TIBCO EBX.
Experience with debugging software code and building reproducible environments.
Strong customer orientation and problem-solving skills.
Master’s degree or equivalent experience in engineering or computer science.
