What you will do
- Manage a professional support team, focusing on skills development and performance management.
- Ensure customer cases are responded to within SLA and maintain accountability for customer satisfaction.
- Act as the customer escalation contact and contribute to the support knowledge base.
- Drive growth and transformation initiatives with the leadership team.
- Hire, develop, and train support team members to meet business requirements.
Requirements
- Extensive CLI experience with Linux at a technical level.
- Leadership experience, preferably in team management.
- Fluency in English and preferably another language.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience with Linux Desktop, OpenStack, Public Cloud, or Virtualization technologies.
