What you will do

  • Manage a professional support team, focusing on skills development and performance management.
  • Ensure customer cases are responded to within SLA and maintain accountability for customer satisfaction.
  • Act as the customer escalation contact and contribute to the support knowledge base.
  • Drive growth and transformation initiatives with the leadership team.
  • Hire, develop, and train support team members to meet business requirements.

Requirements

  • Extensive CLI experience with Linux at a technical level.
  • Leadership experience, preferably in team management.
  • Fluency in English and preferably another language.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience with Linux Desktop, OpenStack, Public Cloud, or Virtualization technologies.
