What you will do

  • Diagnose and resolve Ovation product-related issues for customers.
  • Provide technical support for Ovation software and hardware products.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.
  • Document all support activities accurately.
  • Participate in rotational assignments to build skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
  • Advanced English proficiency (B2).
  • Strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with customers.
