What you will do
- Participate in the sales process, focusing on technical discovery.
- Own technical product overviews and objection handling.
- Build and deliver compelling demos to showcase AI capabilities.
- Define, build, and execute Proof of Concepts.
- Troubleshoot issues during demo prep and POCs, escalating to other teams as needed.
- Collect and drive product feedback.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer or Solutions Architect working with enterprise software solutions.
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills.
- Strong sales acumen and ability to articulate value to customers.
- Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field.
- Hands-on experience with Java, JavaScript, Python, or other scripting/programming languages.
- Familiarity with AI/ML and related technologies.
Nice to have
- Experience with IT, IT Automation, and Technical Support systems is a big plus
