What you will do

• Design and implement AI-driven solutions using the full spectrum of approaches from traditional ML to LLMs.
• Collaborate with data scientists and software developers to ensure successful model deployment and application integration.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance on AI model lifecycle management, including training, tuning, and optimization.
• Ensure all AI solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with industry regulations.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them navigate AI adoption and maximize operational impact.
• Develop comprehensive technical documentation, solution architectures, and best practice guides.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from the Balkans region (Bulgaria/Serbia).
• Extensive experience in AI/ML, deep learning, and cloud AI services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Proficiency in frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Langchain, and Hugging Face.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Experience with SQL and big data technologies such as Apache Spark and distributed computing frameworks.
• Knowledge of MLOps practices, including model deployment, monitoring, and CI/CD for AI workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience in digital transformation, business process optimization, or AI strategy consulting.
• Knowledge of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to analyze large datasets using BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.
