Location: Fully remote so you can choose where you want to work

Salary: $218,000 and $312,000 USD

What you will do

  • Own, design, and evolve the architecture and implementation of internal platforms, including Salesforce and related SaaS tools.
  • Drive the technical foundation for CRM, CPQ, billing, invoicing, and payment integrations to support scalable operations.
  • Partner with Marketing to implement systems supporting campaign tracking, lead lifecycle management, and multi-touch attribution.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to introduce internal tooling and APIs that power customer self-service workflows.
  • Design and implement process automation across Sales, Marketing, Support, Finance, and Customer Success.
  • Ensure seamless, secure, real-time data flow between internal systems and product environments.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience with Salesforce and other business systems, with a strong technical foundation in systems architecture and integration.
  • 5+ years of people management experience, including managing senior engineers, administrators, or systems teams in high-growth environments.
  • Proven success leading complex platform implementations across departments.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to support revenue operations, subscription billing, and marketing data strategy.
  • Hands-on experience integrating SaaS platforms such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Intercom, Marketo, or others using modern APIs and tooling.
  • Familiarity with governance and compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 and experience implementing security best practices across business tools.
