What you will do
- Define and execute the customer experience strategy for Japan.
- Lead consulting and implementation services for customer success.
- Manage customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewal.
- Drive renewal strategy and execution for high retention.
- Oversee customer support operations for quality resolution.
Requirements
- 12+ years in Customer Success or related roles, with 5 years in leadership.
- Proven track record in managing customer-facing teams in SaaS.
- Deep understanding of Japanese enterprise customer expectations.
- Strong executive presence in both Japanese and English.
- Experience in a global matrix organization is a plus.
