What you will do

  • Define and execute the customer experience strategy for Japan.
  • Lead consulting and implementation services for customer success.
  • Manage customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewal.
  • Drive renewal strategy and execution for high retention.
  • Oversee customer support operations for quality resolution.

Requirements

  • 12+ years in Customer Success or related roles, with 5 years in leadership.
  • Proven track record in managing customer-facing teams in SaaS.
  • Deep understanding of Japanese enterprise customer expectations.
  • Strong executive presence in both Japanese and English.
  • Experience in a global matrix organization is a plus.
