TL;DR

Location: Must work onsite 4-5 days per week at the customer office/site in Lehi, Utah

What you will do
- Complete daily technical operations and manage escalations effectively.
- Build rapport and advise the customer's technical team.
- Work support issues to full resolution, collaborating directly with customers and engineering teams.
- Perform customer installations, upgrades, expansions, and field maintenance.
- Lead and coordinate regular customer review meetings.
- Submit feature requests and bugs to enhance the product.
Requirements
- Must work onsite 4-5 days per week at the customer office/site.
- 5+ years of experience in customer-facing positions working with complex storage solutions.
- Extensive knowledge in enterprise IT infrastructure, networking, and storage.
- Proficiency in Linux system administration tasks.
- Good understanding of networking and experience with network configurations on Linux.
- Experience with S3 and high-performance computing.

- Hands-on lab and hardware management experience.
