What you will do

• Install, configure, test, and troubleshoot hirify.global solutions in customer environments ensuring full operation and performance.
• Perform onsite hardware rack, stack, cable, label, software installation, cluster relocation, expansions, and break-fix requests.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback on product development and process improvements.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AI-related industry trends, technologies, and VAST software releases.
• Contribute expertise to training and runbooks for partners and customer support.

Requirements

• Must have 5+ years experience in technical roles with expertise in data storage technologies (SAN, NAS, DAS, cloud storage).
• Experience designing and implementing data storage solutions in complex environments.
• Familiarity with virtualization and containerization (VMware, Docker).
• Knowledge of networking, switch configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to travel 75% and be located near a major international airport.
