What you will do

  • Build trusted customer relationships based on technical excellence.
  • Respond to technical support issues quickly and effectively.
  • Perform field services for installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
  • Manage feature requests and advocate for customer priorities.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in customer usage of VAST products.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles with complex storage solutions.
  • Knowledge of Linux system administration and networking.
  • Experience with scripting and programming, particularly bash.
  • Ability to travel approximately 20% of the time.
  • MS or B.Sc. in CS, CE, EE or related fields.
