Enterprise User Services Specialist

What you will do

• Provide IT infrastructure support and customer service for the Sydney office.
• Support desktops, Microsoft Windows, phones, office applications, and related technologies.
• Identify issues, troubleshoot problems, and drive resolutions across multiple teams.
• Assist specialist engineers with the implementation, maintenance, and support of corporate IT infrastructure.
• Collaborate with local and international colleagues on projects and solutions across the APAC region.
• Support data centre, networking, trading-room, and trading-application environments.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience supporting office technologies such as desktops, Microsoft Windows, and phones.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, SCCM, and Microsoft Office suites.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts, including routing, VLANs, and firewalls.
• Strong troubleshooting, logical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to self-motivate, identify issues, and coordinate resolutions involving multiple teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with data centre environments, including racking and cabling.
• Experience with networking, trading-room environments, or trading applications such as Bloomberg.
