What you will do

• Design features, APIs, and models for a large user base of merchants and shoppers.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deliver high-quality software.
• Strengthen your skills by working on frontend, backend, and data pipeline components.
• Participate in solving technical challenges to scale hirify.global' platform.
• Ship features to production and monitor their success.
• Participate in a support and on-call rotation to assist customers.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in software development with a strong foundation in backend engineering.
• Proficiency in Python or Java.
• Experience shipping user-facing products at scale.
• Understanding of modern software design principles and complex product architectures.
• Ability to write clean, testable code and thrive in collaborative environments.
