What you will do

• Lead complex projects with multiple stakeholders and engineers to deliver significant impact to the business.
• Set direction for critical technical surface areas to stay ahead of rapid growth.
• Design, develop, and own new product functionality and infrastructure using TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
• Work with talented engineers to make a significant impact on the customer base, enabling them to improve and prove their security.
• Contribute to building hirify.global’s engineering culture as the company grows.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of industry experience.
• Experience in technical leadership roles for teams or complex projects.
• Previous startup experience or experience in an environment that prioritizes a bias for action.
• Previous experience working on greenfield projects.
• Interest in learning about security or prior experience in the space.
