Senior Fullstack Software Engineer (GRC)

Location: Remote U.S.

Salary: $195,000–$229,000 base pay annually, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and engineers.
• Set technical direction for critical product and infrastructure areas.
• Design, develop, and own new functionality using TypeScript, React, Node.js, and modern tooling.
• Build scalable abstractions and systems for rapidly growing products and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with engineers to improve customers’ security and compliance capabilities.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to the engineering culture.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of industry experience.
• Experience in technical leadership for teams or complex projects.
• Experience with startup environments or organizations that prioritize a bias for action.
• Previous experience working on greenfield projects.
• Interest in learning about security or prior experience in the security space.
• Ability to work remotely from the United States.
