What you will do

  • Lead post-sales activities including onboarding, implementation, and renewals.
  • Partner with Account Managers to drive renewal and expansion opportunities.
  • Act as the voice of the customer within hirify.global.
  • Become a product expert on hirify.global's compliance offerings.
  • Provide technical answers and recommend efficient compliance strategies.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Customer Success at a SaaS company.
  • Experience with C-level executives and relationship building.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred experience in the security or compliance industry.
  • Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
  • Proven track record of customer retention.
