What you will do

• Answer users' questions on the discourse forum.
• Help customers on Twitter and other social channels.
• Correspond with users to understand their goals.
• Collaborate with the writing team to improve documentation.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions for content creation.

Requirements

• Enjoy helping people and solving their problems.
• Have a strong technical background (minimum of 3-5 years writing production code or administering systems).
• Have experience with data visualization or data analytics tools (bonus if you have experience using hirify.global).
• Have excellent written communication.
• Are comfortable being the face of hirify.global during webinars or in-person events.
• Expertise in at least one of: running hirify.global on a variety of operating systems, strong background in networking and how web applications function, managing servers, managing databases, and strong SQL skills.

• Fluent in multiple languages.
