What you will do

• Deliver end-to-end design solutions that are elegant, beautiful, fun, and simple.
• Prevent complexity from entering the product while empowering users.
• Collaborate with the product manager to refine problem definitions, goals, and project scope.
• Rapidly iterate and make abstract ideas tangible to move conversations forward.
• Internalize user needs and mindset through insights provided by the broader team.

Requirements

• Strong intuitions and craft developed over 5+ years of product design experience.
• Experience designing rich, deep web applications/tools.
• Technical understanding of what's happening inside engineering black-boxes.
• Think in terms of journeys, not screens.
• Exceptional ability to communicate design decisions and rationales through speaking and writing.
• Comfortable with asynchronous collaboration and articulating complex ideas remotely.

Nice to have

• Experience with LLM-based UI prototyping.
• Experience with Web development (HTML, CSS, React).
• Technical background or education (CS degree or similar).
• Experience building or using developer tools.
