Engineering Manager (Software): Leading a team of engineers to enhance the hirify.global product and improve user experience with an accent on managing feature development and technical improvements. Focus on coaching engineers, optimizing processes, and driving project execution.

What you will do

Directly manage a team of engineers and help them ship features that delight hirify.global users.
Work closely with Product, Design, and Success teams to plan and execute on the product roadmap.
Coach individuals, tune processes, and optimize the environment for speed of iteration.
Make technical decisions and understand the problems the team is solving.
Hire, onboard, and nurture top-level engineering talent.

Requirements

2+ years of engineering management experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Technical background in Clojure or Frontend (React + Typescript).
Ability to debug project execution and identify issues.
Strong product sensibilities to translate designs into engineering requirements.
