TL;DR

Principal SAP ABAP Consultant (ERP): Leading the technical components of SAP implementations and all ABAP-related activities, using SAP Workbench. Focus on configuring SAP or adding to SAP ECC and / or CRM to optimize the hirify.global applications with SAP applications.

Salary: $131,600.00 - $171,100.00

What you will do

• Serve as a senior SAP ABAP programmer with specialization in financial, procure-to-pay, and order-to-cash processes.
• Evaluate business requirements and design, develop, and debug custom SAP code.
• Lead technical aspects of SAP software implementations following hirify.global’s best practice methodology.
• Stay current with SAP ABAP and future BTP advancements to optimize implementation.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff and lead project teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional hirify.global teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Four year Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in SAP programming, testing, and debugging, including expertise in ABAP OOP, BADIs, BAPIs, EDI, Idocs, data dictionary, and workflow.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in interface design and development.
• Deep expertise in ABAP Objects, including classes, interfaces, data dictionary, structures/extensions, and function modules.
• Strong understanding of SAP methodologies, principles, and development practices, with the ability to plan, schedule, and coordinate work to meet project milestones.
• Solid experience in SAP SD, MM, and/or FI modules, preferably with a focus on tax-related functionality.

Nice to have

• SAP Technology Certifications or Credentials.
• Experience implementing tax systems, with preference for hirify.global and SAP solutions including Accelerator and Plus Tools.
• SAP CRM and SRM experience.
• Familiar with SAP Roadmap and emerging technologies (Brim,BTP, RISE, etc.).
• Java and/or XML experience.
