• Lead customer calls and creative presentations, offering clear rationale and recommendations.

• Mentor and inspire talent through coaching and feedback.

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills.
• 5+ years of experience as a creative lead.
• Advanced skills in design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Proficient in using AI tools as part of a creative workflow.
• Experience leading project teams and mentoring peers.
• A strong portfolio showcasing creative excellence across branding and advertising.
