TL;DR

Location: Based out of ops HQ in Phoenix, AZ.

Salary: $178,000 - $241,000 USD

hirify.global is building the AI-native operating system for regulated finance, starting with mortgage servicing.

What you will do

  • Own the vision, strategy, execution, and outcomes of hirify.global’s consumer-direct lending business.
  • Build, scale, and manage the lending organization across sales and operations functions.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to define requirements and deliver innovative technology solutions.
  • Establish and monitor performance metrics and KPIs to ensure accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Hire, mentor, and develop leadership and individual contributors within the lending team.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Compliance, Finance, and other teams.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in mortgage lending, with a strong mix of sales and operations leadership.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing and profitable lending teams.
  • Deep understanding of mortgage origination processes, compliance requirements, and secondary market dynamics.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth, and technology-driven company (fintech experience preferred).
  • Data-driven and metrics-oriented, with experience defining and executing against KPIs and performance goals.
  • Excellent communicator and cross-functional collaborator.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with modern loan systems, such as Encompass and Vesta.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans aligned to company goals.
  • Ability to analyze data, define KPIs, and drive results through metrics-driven management.
